Terms of service
Short, because the service is: no accounts, no fees, and your files never leave your device.

Acceptance
By using ToolsVerse you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
The service
ToolsVerse provides file tools that run in your web browser. The free tools require no account and no payment. We may add, change or withdraw tools, and we may change these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the files you process and for having the right to process them. In particular, you must not use the tools to infringe copyright, to circumvent protection on material you have no right to access, or for any unlawful purpose.
The unlock tool decrypts a document using a password you supply. It does not break, guess or bypass protection, and it must not be used on documents you are not authorised to open.
Your files and your content
You retain all rights in your files. Because processing happens on your device, we do not receive, store or acquire any interest in them, and we claim no licence over anything you produce with the tools.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. File processing can fail, and it can produce results you did not intend.
Keep a copy of anything that matters. This is not boilerplate: some operations discard data permanently — compression removes image detail that cannot be restored, and deleting pages removes their content from the output.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Availability
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
