General enquiries

For questions about the tools, feature requests, or anything not covered below, write to hello@tools-verse.com. We read everything, and we answer most messages within a few days.

Bug reports

Write to bugs@tools-verse.com. The three things that make a report immediately actionable are which tool you used, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.

Please do not attach the file that failed. We cannot accept documents, and the whole point of the site is that we never see them. A description of the file — how it was produced, roughly how large, how many pages, whether it was scanned — is more useful and costs you nothing.

Privacy and data requests

For access, deletion, correction or objection requests under the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA, write to privacy@tools-verse.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.

In most cases there is very little to act on: we hold no accounts and receive none of your files, so there is usually no personal data associated with your use of the site beyond standard request logs.

Security

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, write to security@tools-verse.com and give us a reasonable period to fix it before disclosing it publicly. We will confirm receipt, keep you informed, and credit you if you would like to be credited.
